Some of the work we've done

We keep every client's name private. What we can share is the work, and what changed because of it.

Helping a law firm compete for bigger contracts

Tender monitoringBid writingDocument managementReporting

Where they were

A growing law firm wanted to bid for public sector and international contracts. Every tender meant piles of forms, certificates, CVs and deadlines, and the partners were spending evenings on paperwork instead of client work.

What we took on

We now watch for new tenders every week, flag the ones worth chasing and build each submission from start to finish: prequalification packs, proposals and tailored partner CVs. We also prepare a weekly case report for one of the firm's corporate clients.

Where they are now

The firm is now prequalified for larger public contracts and sends out a steady stream of bids. The partners review and sign. They no longer assemble paperwork late at night.

Turning a founder's ideas into an investor-ready library

Document designTraining materialsPitch deckPowerPoint and Canva

Where they were

A founder had built a whole wellness programme in her head and across dozens of loose drafts. She needed it to look like a real company before speaking to investors and large partners.

What we took on

We redesigned and organised the entire collection into printed book volumes, a facilitator handbook, training books and a pitch deck that opens with her own story.

Where they are now

She has one consistent, professional library she can print, share and present, and every file stays editable so she can keep building.

Executive support for a senior public figure

ResearchSchedulingCorrespondenceDiscretion

Where they were

A senior public figure needed someone they could trust with sensitive research, correspondence and a demanding schedule, without needing step-by-step direction.

What we took on

Ongoing executive assistance: research briefs, correspondence, scheduling, document preparation and business paperwork.

Where they are now

The principal stays focused on high-level engagements, knowing the details are handled quietly and on time.

Business consulting

Freeing a solo consultant to focus on her clients

SchedulingClient communicationOperationsNotion

Where they were

A solo consultant was doing great client work, but scheduling, emails, documents and follow-ups were eating into her evenings.

What we took on

We took over the operational side of the business, from her calendar and client emails to document preparation and routine admin.

Where they are now

She focuses on delivery and growth, and the back end no longer falls behind when she gets busy.

Marketing and brand strategy

Keeping a marketing team's projects moving

Content schedulingResearchCanvaSlack

Where they were

A marketing firm had strong ideas and too little time to execute them. Content slipped and coordination ate into strategy time.

What we took on

Content scheduling, research, team communication and the admin behind every project.

Where they are now

The team spends its time on strategy and creative work, and content goes out on schedule.

Wellness coaching and education

Building the systems behind a growing coaching practice

CRM setupEmployee handbookProcess design

Where they were

A coach and educator had outgrown her informal setup. Client details lived in different places and there was nothing written down for future team members.

What we took on

We set up and configured her CRM to track clients, conversations and her pipeline. We also wrote a full employee handbook covering onboarding, processes and standards.

Where they are now

She runs a structured practice that is ready to bring on help, with everything already written down.

Design and user experience

Keeping a design company visible online

Marketing supportLinkedIn contentPodcast promotionScheduling

Where they were

A design founder was running client work, a LinkedIn presence and a podcast at the same time. Marketing kept sliding to the bottom of the list.

What we took on

We handle their marketing support: LinkedIn content and scheduling, podcast promotion, and the smaller jobs that keep the brand active between launches.

Where they are now

The brand shows up consistently online, and the founder no longer has to carry it alone.

Maureen supported me remotely as a virtual assistant, and I found her to be respectful, calm, patient, professional, and consistent. She communicated clearly, showed independent initiative, followed through reliably, and brought a steady, thoughtful presence to the work. I appreciated her support and would gladly recommend her to clients seeking dependable virtual assistance.
