Most clients grow into 25 or 50 hours a month as they hand over more. On the call we'll look at what you need help with and suggest the plan that makes sense, with no pressure to go bigger than you need.

How quickly can we start?
Usually within 48 hours of your discovery call. We'll agree what to hand over first, get access to your tools and send your first daily update.
What if I need more hours than my plan?
You can add hours at any time or move to a bigger plan. We'll always tell you before you reach your limit, never after.
Who will I work with?
A dedicated point of contact who stays with you, so you never have to explain things twice. Maureen stays involved in every account.
How do we stay in touch?
Whatever suits you: email, WhatsApp, Slack or another tool you already use. You'll also get a short written update every working day.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long contracts. Plans run month to month, and you can pause or cancel with 7 days' notice.
Is my information safe?
Everyone who works on your account signs an NDA. We only ask for the access the work needs, and we can sign your own confidentiality agreement too.
Can you work in my time zone?
Yes. During onboarding we agree the hours you need us available, and we plan the rest of the work around your day.
How do I pay?
We invoice monthly in US dollars, and you can pay by card or bank transfer.
