Apex VirtualPro ("we", "us") is an executive support business. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company and message, so we can reply to you.
- Talent pool form: your name, contact details, country, experience and CV link, so we can consider you for roles.
- Discovery calls: bookings are made through Calendly, which collects your name, email and booking details under its own privacy policy.
- Basic site data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
- Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or track individual visitors.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, arrange calls, provide our services and consider job applications. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Client information
When you work with us, we treat everything you share as confidential. Everyone who works on your account signs a non-disclosure agreement, and we only use the access the work requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years and talent pool details for 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. We respect the privacy rights of every visitor, including rights under data protection laws such as the UK and EU GDPR.
