An NDA before we start
Everyone who works on your account signs a non-disclosure agreement before they see anything. If you have your own NDA, we are happy to sign that too.
Only the access the work needs
We ask for the minimum access to do the job. Where your tools allow it, we use delegated access, so we never need your personal password.
Logins shared safely
If a password is needed, we ask you to share it through a password manager rather than email or chat.
Your files stay in your systems
We work inside your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or other tools, so your documents stay where you control them.
Your name stays private
We never name clients in our marketing without permission. That is why our case studies describe the work, not the client.
A clean handover when we finish
If we stop working together, we hand back anything we created, remove our access and delete copies we hold.

Will you sign our confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We sign our own NDA before every engagement and are happy to sign yours as well.
Who will see my information?
Only the people working on your account, all of whom have signed an NDA. Maureen oversees every account.
What happens to my data if we stop working together?
We hand over everything we created for you, remove our access to your tools and delete any copies we hold.
